Dear Doctor,

Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. As an endodontist, what makes me different is that I practiced as a general dentist for over six years before returning to endodontic residency. My general dentistry experience gives my endodontic practice a restorative, big picture perspective, such as preserving tooth structure to minimize risk of fracture and increase restorative success. I understand that an endodontic treatment plan is not only based on pulpal condition but also for restorative success. Preserving the trust between your patients and you is of upmost importance to me.
Therefore I will handle all delicate matters with sensitivity and prudence in hope that the patient will return to you with improved confidence. I believe in good communication between myself and my referring dentists so informed decisions can be made and patients’ trust and rapport are preserved.

It would be my honor and privilege to work with you. I value and work towards long term professional relationships and look forward to working with you as a trusted colleague and friend.

Sincerely Yours,

Amber Chu
